MR. STEPHEN GOODSELL.
On 27th May, a one-time resident of this district and one of its pioneers, Mr. Stephen Goodsell, senr., passed quietly to his rest at Redclift, near Grenfell, in his 90th year.
The deceased, who was a native of England came to New South Wales over fifty years ago and he lived in the Young district about twenty years, having been induced to come here by the attractions of Lambing Flat.
He leaves a large number of decendants amongst these being three daughters, Mrs. A. Barr of Grenfell-road, Mrs. P. Leuane of Marengo, and Mrs. Matthews of Grenfell.
The remains were laid to rest in the Presbyterian portion of the Grenfell cemetery.

He was buried (Grave location recorded as: Methodist Sections 18 & 21 Row F) in Grenfell, New South Wales.
